Utilities Overview

NUO-STEMS 4 includes Utilities: tools that work alongside the main conversion modes. They are grouped in the app under the Utilities area (with Traktor Pro 4– and Serato-related actions).

Traktor Pro 4

• Repair Traktor collection — find incorrect linked-stem flags and .stem.mp4 files that no longer have a matching original in the collection.
• Migrate .stem.m4a (created in NUO-STEMS 4) to natively linked TP4 stems — use with Traktor Pro 4 Legacy / Export Mode to migrate .stem.m4a files from another computer (for example a gaming PC) to linked stems in your Traktor collection on your DJ laptop.
• Extract individual stems from TP4 .stem.m4a — export WAV stems from TP4 .stem.m4a / .stem.mp4 containers.
• Change TP4 STEMS colors for previously converted TP4 native stems — update drums, bass, other, and vocals colors on TP4 native stems that were already converted.

Serato DJ

• Extract individual stems from .serato-stems — export stems as .mp3 files from .serato-stems created with Serato mode.
